When serving as a consultant for the toy brand Team Green in 2022, I collaborated with internationally renowned fashion designer and close friend Vivienne Tam to create "Opera Girl" - a cartoon character crafted from FSC-certified wood, inspired by the Chinese Kunqu Opera. This initiative aimed to introduce this centuries-old UNESCO World Heritage art form to a new generation of youth.
The Opera Girl x Team Green project incorporated diverse modular assembly elements, presenting a perfect embodiment of cross-disciplinary collaboration spanning art, cultural heritage, and craftsmanship.
